• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Certification Accuracy

IPFN provides cryptographic certification of files but does not verify ownership, copyright, or legal rights. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to certify submitted works.

5. Limitation of Liability

IPFN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name and email address
• Work metadata (title, description, license information)
• Cryptographic hashes of certified files

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Generate and manage IPFN certificates
• Communicate with you about your account
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

Data Sharing

Certificate metadata (IPFN, CID, SHA-256, title, author) is published publicly by design. We do not share your email address or other personal information with third parties except as required by law.
